Is anyone else’s Fitbit just apparently giving up? My Versa 4 isn’t syncing, so I went to re-pair it with the app because that’s worked before, except now it won’t do that, I turned the Fitbit off and on again to see if that helped but now the clock is half an hour behind. I have 0 idea what to do and nowhere I’ve googled has been helpful because it’s all been generic ‘turn it off and on again’ stuff

Hi there, @joyan. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still not syncing. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
In order to avoid the hassle of providing the same steps you might have already done, please confirm that you've exhausted all troubleshooting steps provide here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If you've tried the above but to no avail, please try the steps below in the order listed. Important: Please be aware that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Regarding the wrong time, it will be corrected once you manage to sync your Versa 4. Keep in mind that your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.
