Versa 4 won't connect to GPS

Hey, I just got my versa 4 and stated exercising but it keeps saying "el GPS se esta ejecutando" or something like that. Sorry that I wrote it in spanish, my watch is configured in spanish not English. Hopefully you can understand it. Thanks for your time!

Hi there, @LaPataSalta1234. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.  Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4. I will do my best to help you with this. 

Has the Versa 4 GPS worked before? If so, I'd like to know if you've recently changed your normally location? How long do you wait for the GPS signal to connect? If you've noticed it's less than 5 minutes, please let your watch try to connect for at least 5 minutes before cancelling the exercise. Your Versa 4 will continue to try connecting and you can go about your run. 

Additionally, please make sure your Versa 4 meets the requirements for connecting to GPS. For more information, see Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?
