I selected a favorite watch face. It gets installed and in a couple of days it changes by itself to another style. Some selected ones has disappeared forever. Others have to be selected over and over again.

Hi there, @cjanos23. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not showing your clock faces properly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? After the restart, please try to change your clock face once again. Make sure you're selecting compatible clock faces with your Versa 4.
