Versa 4 won't respond

my battery was at 58% and then it just turned off. I tried to put it on the charger and it doesn't respond to that either? Any suggestions

Hi @Torific - unless the watch has developed a fault have a look here because it may not be charging.

How to check charge cable - Sense 2/ Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

If it's just a screen fault it will still be syncing with the app. Worth checking.

Lastly try holding the button for a full 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears if there is enough charge in it.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Thanks for the details regarding your Versa 4. 

Please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I have been having the same problems. Tried restarting and cleaning the charging terminals and still nothing. I can’t sync and can’t see my smart watch on the app. Last sync was May 5 and battery was at 58%.

Hi @DaveB66 - most likely a cleaning issue or cable fault if you changed power source, see the link posted earlier.

For some reason a replacement went out to Dave below under my account.  Not sure why.  I do need a replacement but the one that is shipping is not mine and is going to a Dave and a different address.  I need help
