Versa 4 won't show my messages unless I press the button

I’ve always had my Versa set to always have the clock-face on but the screen face set to “button to wake”. On my Versa 3 my watch would vibrate with text messages and it would automatically display the message content without having to press anything. Now with the Versa 4 I can’t see the message until I press the button to “wake” it and then tap the message. I have all of my settings configured correctly including the “Always Preview” setting.

@Ange1085 Welcome to the Fitbit community!

That's the way it's meant to be on the Versa 4. If you've set your Versa 4 to having to press the button to wake it up, it will vibrate to indicate that there's a new notification, but you have to press the button to view it.
