Versa 4 won't switch on after update

I have a brand new Versa 4 (only had it for around 4 days) and it wanted to update yesterday. So I updated it, but now it won't do anything. I've tried restarting it using help on this forum but now all it does is keep flashing the Fitbit logo (as photo)

and won't connect to my phone. My Android phone sporadically displays a "Connect to Versa 4" screen but when I go through the process it gets to the "Enter number shown on watch" screen the watch doesn't display it. Just keeps flashing the Fitbit logo. Pretty annoyed as the watch is literally days old!! Any help much appreciated!

Happening to me as well. so frustrating that it kept restarting and keep ask for alexa setup after it was on. Still looking solution from the community not able to use it

Mine has been doing it for a month now. I phoned several companies that claim they repair smart watches and was told to throw it in the dustbin. I've literally had this watch for a year and a half. R6000.00 later and Fitbit couldn't care less... Take that watch back, it's NEVER going to work again. 

 

Picking up my Garmin on Friday.
