Versa 4 won't sync and stuck on a red X

Two days old Versa 4 ..doesn’t want to sync ..have to “pair” ..several RED  :cross_mark:  appearances..should I return ?

I'm sorry to hear that your new Versa 4 won't stay connected to your phone's Bluetooth. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Before considering other options, please confirm if you've tried all troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the above doesn't work, I'd recommend performing a factory reset. To do so: Press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off and vibrates. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then immediately press and hold the button again. Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear, then as soon as the logo disappears, release the button, then press and hold the button again. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.

I have tried all just a big :cross_mark: on screen I have returned the Fitbit
