The watch will not hold a charge for more than 24 hours and when it is recharged the time is wrong and the only way to fix it is to manually sync it. We tried resetting it and it still has the same issue. It been acting this way for several months and my wife just found out about this forum. I’ve only had the watch since July 11,2023. It’s never gotten wet, I always take it off. Is it still under some sort of warranty? I’d be disappointed if it is already broken. I really liked it when it was working.

Hey there @BoyntonBri, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
I'm glad to read how great your experience has been going so far.
I'd like to share some insights about this malfunction with your Fitbit Versa 4. This could be related to several factors, if you use GPS regularly or have the Always on Display active, the battery might not last as much as you expect.
As a first approach, I recommend to check if there is a Firmware update pending. Please follow the steps described here.
