My fitbit stopped working a week ago. The battery had died the night before and the next day after charging it, it wont sync and now it has stopped tuning on. All I see is a Turquoise screen then it asks me to input the number from my fitbit to my phone but nothing is bein displayed. Please help,. I have only used it for 2 years.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Best AnswerHI Thank you so much for the information. I did everything you mentioned and it didn't work. There was a huge X in red that appeared. The fitbit app is synced my phone using my gmail account but the watch itself won't turn on. Please advise.
