Versa 4 won't sync with my iPhone properly

What is going on with trying to sync my Versa 4 with my iPhone? This has been going on for some time now. I need to turn my Bluetooth off and on for it to sync. Surely I am not the only one with this issues?

Hi there, @cycle1fit. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling. 

In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 4.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.
  • Once your Versa 4 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again. 

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Hello,
I tried all the steps as requested and the only Bluetooth device on my phone is the Fitbit and tonight it fails to sync again. This os becoming extremely frustrating.

I’ve also had these issues for weeks. I did all these steps last week and it worked! For about 3-4 days……. and now it’s not syncing again. So incredibly frustrating. I didn’t have these issues with my previous Versa.

My Fitbit has been shorting my caloric burn since I paired my google account withFitbit. This never used to happen.
