My phone is not getting data transferred from my versa 4 to my phone. So there’s no data showing on my phone but it’s on the Fitbit.

Sad to hear that you're having an issue syncing your Versa 4 with your Fitbit app on your phone.
First I'd suggest to make sure that your Phone meets Fitbit's current system requirements which can be found here:
If it does, please check for any available updates for your Fitbit app and your phone's OS.
Finally I'd recommend taking your time to follow the troubleshooting tips mentioned here to hopefully get things fixed:

Hi @Razor17 - this is a common fault with the new v4 Fitbit App where it stops or doesn't sync.
Each time this happens you have to repair the syncing with the steps about syncing provided by @Talahthas .

@Razor17 - hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and check your battery level there.
Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active face and restart the phone.
Login to the Fitbit App and sync and if it doesn't, run "Set up a Device" and replace. In the new V4 Fitbit App this may be problematic but if it works you should be syncing again.
