Hi @beccajo26 - did you remove all Fitbit Bluetooth entries from your phone and turn off any devices that have Fitbit running and logout of the app and reboot the phone?
You can check your watch independently with this approach What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device?
It also depends whether you were able to setup a watch and what firmware level you are using if you did.

Thanks for getting back to us @beccajo26. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 replacement won't sync.
Have you been able to set up your replacement device? Are you trying to sync two different devices at the same time? Which operating system are you using?
