It won’t sync?? Time is not right?? I have not and won’t switch to google!! WHY. Because I am not Techy!!!!!! I have been reading and reading!!!!

Hi @Dreamer50 - if your watch won't sync it has no way to set the time.
What you could try is to Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
This normally will set the time if successful. You may have restart the watch and sync a few times otherwise.
