Upgraded from Versa 2 to Versa 4. Now my hrv and br are reporting 0 each night. Always worked with my Versa 2, but not now.

Hi @FarmerJuan - did you try restarting the watch and are you getting Sleep showing when syncing and manually syncing?

Also make sure you completely removed the Versa 2 from Bluetooth in case it is still trying to get some data from there, to be sure.

Done all that. Says in Health Metrics that they are in range, but actually
report 0.
Both always worked in my Versa 2. Have been using a Fitbit everyday since
2015. Very disappointed in my upgrade.

Welcome back to the community @FarmerJuan

Thanks for taking the time to share these details about your Versa 4 with us. Thanks for giving those troubleshooting steps a try on your own.

If you've noticed your HRV isn't showing up, a great first step is checking your heart rate accuracy. You can find some really helpful tips on how to get a better reading in our guide: How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?

Also, to keep everything running smoothly, it's always a good idea to make sure your Versa 4 is running the latest software. You can check for updates here:  Update your Fitbit device.

Thanks for your help @Guy_.

Thank you for your reply.

Actually got my first reading this am, from last night's sleep. Hopefully this will continue.
