Upgraded from Versa 2 to Versa 4. Now my hrv and br are reporting 0 each night. Always worked with my Versa 2, but not now.

Hi @FarmerJuan - did you try restarting the watch and are you getting Sleep showing when syncing and manually syncing?
Also make sure you completely removed the Versa 2 from Bluetooth in case it is still trying to get some data from there, to be sure.

If you've noticed your HRV isn't showing up, a great first step is checking your heart rate accuracy. You can find some really helpful tips on how to get a better reading in our guide: How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?
Also, to keep everything running smoothly, it's always a good idea to make sure your Versa 4 is running the latest software. You can check for updates here: Update your Fitbit device.
