I recently got a new Versa 4 for free, and handed down my old Versa 4 to my sister. After unpairing my old Versa 4 and switching to my new one, my sister charged the old Versa 4 overnight. The next morning, the old Versa 4's screen would no longer turn on, but would vibrate if the button was held. Occasionally, when plugged in, the watch would vibrate repeatedly until disconnected.
I have tried to restart the watch using advice from other threads, but was unsuccessful even getting the logo to appear.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @DatDramaPlant - it could be a charging problem, make sure the charge cable isn't faulty on your watch and use a PC as the power source.
It's always good to attach the cable before plugging in and unplug before detaching the cable.

Thanks for the quick reply. I've tried multiple cables and charging from multiple sources, but the screen still won't turn on.

@DatDramaPlant - the watch may have developed a fault.
Try holding the watch button for a full10 seconds till it vibrates and release and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start, if it will.
Also try syncing with the Fitbit App to see if the watch is actually charged and the battery level.
If it doesn't sync after restarting the phone it most likely hasn't charged. Make sure the watch is cleaned.
If it's under warranty it can be replaced.
