Had versa 4 a week. Watch will not charge & screen is dark

Hi @Miche69 - try using a PC port as the power source and after 10 minutes hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to startif it hasn't started by itself.
If that doesn't work check How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Same Mine, I have followed all the instructions from services, but still the same, it's just completed 1 year warranty

Hi @mendiskumara196 - do you have a Versa 4, if so it is still under warranty as it was only released in September 2022.

It's Versa 3, Purchased from Noel Leeming- St lucks Stores IN New Zealand.
