Hi there, @1sandy1. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4.
I agree with @Talahthas. As a first approach, I'd suggest trying to recharge your Versa 4. If after 1-2 hours of being charged there's still no response, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Hope that helps.

@1sandy1 Welcome to the Fitbit community!
Sad to hear that your Versa 4 doesn't work as expected. Did you get a notification about the device's battery charge being low?
Please let your Versa 4 charge for an hour or so. If you'r sure there's enoughe charge, I'd suggest restarting your device by pressing and holding the side button for 10 seconds to see whether or not you'll see the Fitbit logo on your device's display.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I have a versa 4 & it was at 48% so I thought I’d charge it before bedtime so I could wear it to bed. Well it simply turned off. Ever since google “enhanced” the app it’s been issue after issue. I own 4 Fitbits that I’d rotate. They were all on my account. When I got the versa 4 the app changed and I have to set up a different FitBit each time I want to change. It says my apps need updating (done that) now the 4 won’t work at all but Incant go back to the old app which collected data from old trackers.

My Fitbit battery was charged at 48%. It turned off in my hand when I went to charge it and it won’t turn on. It turned off by itself and won’t turn on .
