I have tried restarting versa 4 acts like it is going to start then shuts off right away. Doesn't vibrate at all even when I try to charge. Battery had over half charge when it just died. I

Hi @Ditenatta - a couple of things to try.
Make sure to hold the button for full 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
If that fails see if you are able to change the clock face in the Fitbit App, it might not be possible.
Also double tap the screen and if it wakes pull down on the watch to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons.
Lastly it may be worth trying a button factory reset (it might not be possible if the watch has a fault) and you can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with that.
