Hi @pndmcgibbon - if you push the button and the display does not show this can be if the watch hasn't charged properly, see instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen for help with charging.
If the display shows pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons.
Also after holding the button for a full 10 seconds go to the Fitbit App and try a sync, if it syncs but nothing is showing on the watch there is a fault with it, replaceable if under warranty.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
