Welcome to the Fitbit community, @HKEEGAN1983!

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected.
As there is a chance that your device's battery is discharged, please have a closer look here to hopefully get things fixed:

Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

If you Versa 4's battery has been fully charged and it still won't work, please try to restart it by holding it's button for around 10 seconds until you'll hopefully see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
Also please try if changing your Versa 4's clock face will get it back to working order. Here's how to do that:

How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Finally, if none ot that will work for you, I'd recommend to do a factory reset on your Versa and set it up from scratch.
To factory reset your Versa 4, first keep it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo flashing on it's display. Then release the button and immediately keep pressing it again until there's a circle around the Fitbit logo. Now release the button and wait until your device has restarted.
Next, please follow the instructions provided here to set up your device:

How do I get started with Fitbit Versa 4?

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Hi there, @HKEEGAN1983. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit device is not responding. I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, would you mind confirming the Fitbit device you own? Is it the Versa 4 or another of the Versa series? Did you stopped using your Fitbit device for a while? Have you tried charging your Fitbit device?  Keep in mind that a Fitbit might not seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely).  I would suggest putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.

However, if your Fitbit device is not charging, please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. As per the description of your post, it could be a sign the contacts need cleaning. Confirm that you've tried all tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Make sure your Fitbit device is receiving good power source, please find below some tips to best charge Fitbit devices:

  • Use only genuine Fitbit charging cables
  • Avoid USB battery packs
  • Charge at room temperature

For charging purposes, your charging cable or your base station can be plugged into any USB power source, including but not limited to:

  • A computer
  • A Wall A/C to USB adapter, commonly found with smartphones
  • A DC to USB adapter (vehicle power port)
