Versa 4 won't update the time

I went shopping this morning and my Fitbit Versa 4 had the right time, came home and it 4.5 hours wrong, I can’t change it.  Will I have to uninstall, wipe it and install it all again.  I have changed the watch face and it made no difference.  Why would it change the time from the uk time

First I would 

Open the Fitbit app, and check your location. In the past I've seen mine change. 

Tap top left - App Settings

Force a sync by pulling down the main screen of the Fitbit app. 

If this fails to fix the time, set the location to a city in a different time zone - Sync

Now set to the correct location and Sync. 

One of the two should fix your time.

Thank you. I tried changing the country and back again, changed clock faces, was having trouble syncing the Fitbit to the phone, switched both bluetooths off and back on, it appeared to have worked somehow, but time is back to right time.
