So I’ve tried to sync this watch for ages, the date is now correct but the time is wrong, how do I fix this? I’ve checked the time zone, turned off automatic then synced then switched it back on and synced again and it’s still not correct. Does anyone have anything else I can try?
thanks

Hi there, @MacDixieThor. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4.
As a first approach, please follow @Guy_ and @mctchang suggestions. @mctchang I'm glad to hear you managed to solve your issue. 🙂
As a friendly reminder, please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If none of the above works for your, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

Hi @MacDixieThor - if you turned off the automatic time zone and location and set the time zone manually and it didn't correct the time on the watch, try restarting the watch and resyncing.
You may also need to logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and restart the phone to restore full syncing.

I have the same problem yesterday when I went back to Texas from other state. The date was reset correctly however the time was wrong after sync couple times with iPhone. I turned off Versa 4 and restart it then time is corrected.
