I got a new Versa 4 recently.The device is not updating to the latest firmware after a connection is established on the app and tracker .
As soon as the update is downloaded and installation starts , the tracker screen shows the device "trying to connect".
I am on latest android 13 on a Samsung A22 ,the phone software is upto date . .

It would be useful to everyone to know what the fix was from Support please. Looking online it is obvious that YashB is not alone, lots of people reporting this problem, including my wife.

Good morning,
I am having the exact same issue with my Versa 4 with the exception that I'm using an iPhone 13. I am having all of the same issues that @YashB is having with the same screens and messages as well. I have removed the Fitbit app from my phone, deleted all my bluetooth connections, restarted the iPhone, and restarted the Versa4, and started the process from the beginning with no good result. Please help.

Got exactly same issue, chatted with support today and after a couple of suggestions which had already tried they agreed to issue another one, i have to return the faulty one. I dont think there is anything you can do, they agreed to replace fairly quickly.

We have had the Versa 4 a couple of weeks, I tried it for a while, with it connecting, without a hitch, to my iPhone 14. I then removed it completely from my phone and attempted to connect it to my wife's Pixel. No luck - exactly the same problem and attempted solutions as everyone else. So next, after another reset attempted it back with my iPhone, but this time, no luck, tried all the same fixes.
