Hi all,
I have a versa 4 watch. When I track a workout it appears on my Fitbit app and works great that way.
I have connected my Fitbit account with my Strava account. But the Workouts do not appear on my Strava account.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks

Strava only picks up GPS activities. Anything else you would have to manually add on Strava.

I have the same issue. The Versa 4 has GPS.

It stopped working for me on Jan 6 2025 and hasn't worked since. The entire FitbIt/Google corporation has exhibited a profound lack of interest in doing even the first bit of root cause analysis into this issue. Until that changes, do not expect Strava and FitBit to sync - FitBit/Google simply doesn't care
If anyone from FitBit or Google would like to demonstrate that they do care then they would post a note explaining exactly what steps FitBit/Google have taken to analyse the root cause of this problem. Have they for example, pulled logs from affected users, that show that FitBit/Strava integrations have delivered the data to Strava and it is definitively Strava's problem because of log identifiers/timestamps that they can point to?
No, they haven't done this because they don't care.
If they don't have those logs how on earth to they support this system _at all_?
Let's be very clear about this - the only entities that have the logs (or should have the logs ) that can identify the root cause of this problem are Google/FitBit and and Strava and to this point both organisations have shown no interest in the peasants who pay at least $100 a year for their so-called services.
Sick of me complaining about this? Then do something about it, and quit whingeing about being called out on your lousy service.
