I am trying to setup my newly bought versa4, but so far I have been unsuccessful. Nothing is coming up on screen after turning it on, and screen stays black. I have also tried 10second reset and it doesn't work. All I can feel is device vibration upon pressing power button. The device was left on charging for couple of hours before setup. I wasn't able to connect my device with the app. Can anyone please help?
