Versa4 replacement strap only clips in on one side

Recently bought a versa and don't like the rubber strap, so bought a replacement strap from Amazon and it only clips in on one side.

I thought the new strap was faulty so changed it and the next one is exactly the same.

Has anyone else had this problem and know how to solve it?

I had the same issue. Swap the two straps around to the opposite sides. You'll hear the click...and hay presto.
