My verse 4 won’t let me disconnect an incoming call that I answered through my watch . I have tried everything down to unpairing, disconnecting the device from the app , there is no call in progress on the phone , I deleted my call log to see if that would stop it . I turned my phone on and off . I cannot cry the call screen to go from the watch face so I have no option to power down or factory reset please can someone help me x
