What are zone minutes?? Why didn't I earn any minutes for my 60 minute walk??

@Beth76Tun you can learn about Active Zone Minutes here. In order to earn Zone Minutes, your heart rate needs to be elevated into the Fat Burn, Cardio, or Peak heart rate zones. If you didn't get any Zone Minutes for your walk, your heart rate may not have been high enough.
