Whats going on??

Why is my Versa 4 not registering that I'm wearing it to bed? I wear it every night, and in the app I can see the sleep score, but not on my watch. The oxygen saturation is also not appearing on my watch. My watch is on my non dominant wrist and fits pretty snug, but not too tight.

Hi @AnnieVersa4 - it may be the watch is partially dumb, the data is passed to the app and eventually calculated and passed back to the watch and if it's not syncing well because of issues withe new version 4 Fitbit App may not complete immediately or at all.

Try restarting the watch and phone and sync as a first step, but bear in mind if you owned a previous watch, the tiles on this watch aren't as informative as the older models, and don't give all the detailed information now found only in the Fitbit App.
