Why can I not link my Bitmoji to my Fitbit Versa 4? This is very frustrating. If this feature is not available what do I need to do to add it?

Hi there, @auebelhor. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I understand how you must be feeling.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, please note the Bitmoji clock face isn't available to install on Fitbit Versa 4 and Fitbit Sense 2. Even though we truly appreciate that you've taken the time to come here and share your thoughts about this, please note at this time there are no plans to implement this feature on Versa 4.

We rely on feedback like yours to help us develop products and features that we know our community wants to see. Visit our FAQs to learn more about how Fitbit decides which suggestions get developed or implemented.

Thank you for your understanding.
