I have had a quick look and it seems this is ongoing for a long time but is there any chance of Spotify ever being added as an app for the Versa 4?

Bit of a disgrace my hubby is on a basic older Fitbit and has full control of his Spotify app and I dont!! Bit of a sham really and very disappointing especially when you think of the money being spent on this device? Come on Fitbit sort this out

Hi @Loudini46  - unfortunately Fitbit is moving away from music support and has no music abilities whatsoever nor the possibility to add any additional apps which was a design decision so it is unlikely to ever support Spotify.

Btw has your hubby tried the built-in music support on his watch which can control any music playing on his phone including changing the volume without stopping whatever he is using on the watch.

In case you are in the window did you know Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds, and you could get an older watch, available in the shops still which has music support and other features not found on the Versa 4 included.
