premium fitbit

Today I got my new versa 4 in. the setup went fine, when I was trying to activate the premium Fitbit with the first 6 months free, There was a glitch and now I do not have it on my Fitbit. When I try to go back in it tells me i am not eligible... How can I fix that?

Hi @dagdud - it seems it was applied if you are no longer eligible.

Try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone and login again.

Failing that you can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support.
