@Keoneal57 The amount of steps for a mile might vary from person to person and the activity. The stride length depends on the personal data as high, weight, etc, as well as if you are running or walking.

Depending on your information, when you created your account you were able to choose between the imperial and metric units (even stones and other for weight).
As mentioned by our friends, all Fitbit devices track your step count and with it the distance.
On your Versa 4, depending on the clock face, you can tap on it to change between the different stats. (Distance, steps, calories burned, heart rate, active zone minutes.)
