versa 4 should be able to control music

This is such a simple feature that really should be on this watch. Considering how much this device costs it really doesn't make any sense that it can't, on top of that there are cheaper fitbit devices that can control music! Listening to music while working out is the default at this point, being able to control it quickly from your smart watch makes sense! features that weren't previously available to the versa 4 have been added with updates (like clock face changing), I hope music control comes in the future.

Hi @Rohab - Fitbit chose to remove music from this watch and have also been removing music features from older watches which is the direction Google is going so it is highly unlikely there will be a change.

if you have just got the watch and are unhappy with it Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds. You can then get a watch which has the features you need.
