Inconvenient errors

Got the Versa 2 as a Christmas gift but had to return it to the Vendor (Boulanger France) because it has irritating errors:

1. When you add music from a W10 PC speaking English it sets the clock to British time zone (one hour earlier - i.e. shows 10 when 11). If you then charge the music from a French speaking PC it comes back right - this is an error I believe.

2. More serious when playing music with my Huawei Free Buds that connects correctly, the Versa 2 plays music correctly for about 1 second and then loses the left side - that is an important error.

A part from that it is a great toy and will I will again get one once you've corrected the errors!

Please let me have an answer from your development.

Je ne savais pas q 'il y a plusieurs fitbit communities. French or English - the problem is the same.

While we're discussing - is summer/winter time change taken care of automatically ? 😏

Donc oui heure d'été selon le compagnon

Pas bien - on a besoin d'autonomie avec la montre.
Pas de solution avec le problème sonore ?

Pour le son aucune idée je n'utilise pas cette fonction.

Can you check it out please. My Bluetooth huawei free budds work perfectly
with my LG V30 phone, but not with fitbit.

Ok-English : the solution to control the time based on my mobile phone does not work for people changing time zone - inclusive sommer/winter time change.

The sound solution has an error on the fitbit making listening to music less beneficial.

PS I don't carry fitbit and phone at the same time - that is why I like fitbit to do the accounting and watch function correctly between syncs.

Will this be fixed by fitbit and when ? 

I'll buy it once these problems are fixed.
