Versa Acting Strange

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Recently, my Versa suddenly started vibrating nonstop and it would keep clicking the top right button. It would pull up the notification screen then jump to the music screen, then keep turning up my volume then jump back to the notification screen then back to music and over and over again until I restarted it. The first time that happened, I was listening to music on a speaker so you could imagine how shocked I was when it started getting louder. Then when I clicked the left button, nothing would happen. It's like it was broken, and I would have to use the touch screen feature, which was bummer because remember it was stuck in the notification, volume, music cycle! It just wouldn't go back to normal. It just happened again, and I restarted it and now, none of the buttons work. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the update because this has only happened twice and started about a month ago, but is this happening to anyone else or just me?

Hi @sarah_lin8, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with your Fitbit Versa. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. I understand your concern and recommend doing the following:

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
  2. Please confirm the steps you took to restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Have you tried to let your Versa completely die while using it, then charge it from a completely dead battery?

Let me know if the issue persists, I'll be around.
