My Versa’s screen went back and now won’t turn back in. It’s only 3 months old. Has done this previously and the hold the 3 buttons down tricked worked the last time, but now it’s not....... are there any other suggestions?

Hi there @thekirks, thanks for jumping in here and reporting what happened to your husband's Versa Lite. If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend taking a look at my post above and try the recommendations provided. If the Versa Lite is still vibrating there's a possibility that it's also syncing, said so you can try the steps above.

Hi there @jaidekettle, welcome to the Comunitario Forums. Thanks for taking the time to restart your Versa prior to posting here in order to fix the blank screen.
If you haven't done so, I'd recommend trying the following steps:
Try to change the Screen Wake setting to manual, you can find the steps to do it in this help article: How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
