I got my fit bit last Christmas not even a year ago and my band broke off today leaving the pin inside this is a genuine Fitbit band that came with the watch it is lodged inside I don’t know what to do with it I’ve tried tweezers, magnets and a paperclip any suggestions on how I can fix it

Hi @Newell04, welcome to the community.

I've taken the liberty of merging both of your threads, this will allow you to receive any responses in the one thread.

As for trying to get the pin out. Are you able to rotate the pin at all so that you can put a pin/paper clip into the hole where the release post should be? I assume this bit has fallen out so you are unable to pull the pin back with your nail/finger?

Amazon:  Watch strap pin removal tool.

Small pair needle nose pliers will suffice.

Find an horologist 'clock & watch shop or repairer' they will be able to remove the pin for you.

If the small lever is still there?  Ask another to firmly hold watch. Wrap dental floss around 2 - 3 times (cotton thread is not strong enough) pull pin back until it releases.
