I purchased my Versa in January of 2019. Many times over the past several days my charged Versa goes to a black screen like the battery is dead. Once connected to the charger it will reboot starting with the Fitbit logo; upon restarting I verify that my batter is not dead. On 7-25-2019 I have cleaned the contacts with rubbing alcohol, fully charged it and restarted it (appx. 10:30 AM) as recommended in other posts I read. Before 8AM on 7-26-2019 the black screen is back. It powered back on once I plugged it up thankfully. Additionally, the battery has drained from 100% to 50% in less than 24 hours. Something is seriously wrong here.
