Help my 2 month old Versa heart monitor stopped working!! Phoned customer services we reset it, restored it and nothing.. I’m waiting for them
to get back to me.... anyone else had this problem?

Hello @Fit2501, did you know that on the Fitbit Versa you can turn the heart rate monitor on and off? You can find this in the settings app ok your Fitbit. If not I suggest getting a refund.
