I was wondering how the Versa works for you. I ordered mine (it's on back order) without realizing it isn't compatible.
Moderator Edit: Clarified Subject.
Best AnswerThank you! I'm relieved as I've ordered it already. Didn't even occur to me to check if it would work with my S9.
Best AnswerDid your Galaxy S9plus work with the Versa

I have a Galaxy S9+ and the Versa works fine with it, so the S9 should be OK, too.

I did for a minute. Hold the left button and make sure notifications are on. Mine were off. ☺ Turned them on and have been good since!
Best AnswerThank you I was afraid to pre order it , but you helped me make my decision

Try this:
1. Close Fitbit app and turn off Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Shut down your versa.
3. Go to settings > apps on your Samsung. Show syatem apps to see Bluetooth process. Tap on it and force stop
4. This step is optional. Perform if the procedure does not work. Go to settings > apps > Fitbit app and force stop it. Clear the cache. Do not clean app data.
5. Turn on Bluetooth on your device.
6. Turn on Versa.
7. When the watchface shows up open Fitbit app and pull to force the sync.
Hi @litlbiddy,
As I posted in the other S9 thread, perhaps you can try this:
1. Close Fitbit app and turn off Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Shut down your versa.
3. Go to settings > apps on your Samsung. Show system apps to see Bluetooth process.
@Snowy515 some users had success with removing versa from their account, factory resetting it and setting it up again over the Bluetooth. The trick was not to set up wifi. Actually, I set up my tracker over Bluetooth. That's all I can advise.
@Shelley71 have you tried factory resetting versa, removing it from your account, and clearing cache of your S9? I know some people are using it with Versa.
