Versa screen corrupted

Out of nowhere today the screen of my Versa now looks like an old school TV screen that is on a channel it can not tune in. It's full of colored lines and static and portions of the screen are blocked out my colored pixels. The time is also off from "real time".

 

I've tried restarting it and there's been no change.  My Versa is about 4-5 months old and has never had any trauma to it. My phone it's connected to is the Galaxy 9+.

I am having the same problem, my Versa is 4 months old.  The problem started after I charge it.

Just got in from a walk and mine screen is corrupted as well....had since February and almost 2 million steps.
