Versa not syncing

i had to delete my versa due to it not syncing it did this after not displaying correct data ,and missing data ,this happened after the fitbit update, so i deleted the versa from the app ,now i cannot re enter it ?. i have gone through the steps mentioned, its very frustrating . i know its the versa as i reconnected my old fitbit charge 2 with no problems, any help please ..

Was one of the steps you tried a restart of the versa by:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

If you have, can you tell us what else you have tried so far

thank you for getting back ,yes i have done that procedure and it finds the bluetooth but then just keeps saying CONNECTING,then goes no further .

ok. If restarting the fitbit isn't helping then you could try restarting your phone as well and if that doesn't help then it might be worth going through fitbit's troubleshooting guide here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/
