API 500 Errors - Elevated Emergency

I and many other people are still having thousands of errors and upset users because the sleep API endpoint is returning errors. 

 

Please, can this be looked at immediately? This issue has been running for months now and not even a comment to say it is being looked at, or it is in a queue to be looked at.
