We have thousands of users successfully syncing their data with our site, however on occasion a particular user will receive no callbacks from fitbit to say that they have updated their activity log.
On relinking their account the call backs start to work again for a short period and then just stop. We have confirmed everything on our side is ok - we have 100% post responses. We have thousands of users who are ok.
Is there anything she can do on her fitbit account to check what could be causing this issue.
