API 500 error

We have recently starting receiving API 500 errors. API Error response : {"errors":[{"errorType":"request","fieldName":"500","message":"An error occurred with the Fitbit Web API while processing the request. Error id: 7378761704981933263"}],"success":false}

Could someone assist us with this please!

Welcome to the community!

We did resolve an issue that occurred on 11/19 that generated 500 errors.  Can you please check to see if the problem is resolved?

Hello, it seems that we are still receiving 500 errors up till today.

Here are some examples of the api response error messages we're getting:

1. API Error response : {"errors":[{"errorType":"request","fieldName":"500","message":"An error occurred with the Fitbit Web API while processing the request. Error id: redacted}],"success":false}

2. API Error response : {"errors":[{"errorType":"request","message":"An error occurred with the Fitbit Web API while processing the request. Try your request later."}]}
