API and Fitbit One

Hello,

I created an interface to obtain information such as the weight or the number of steps on my web application.
When I inquire information on the Fitbit dashboard, I receives the information correctly.
A client uses the Fitbit One, today she has 3154steps. She tries to sync but my application can't find any information. Is it done with a delay before information is available?

There should not be delay.

 If you're able to see information via fitbit web page of fitbit mobile app you should be able to get it using FItbit API.

Please check that you're requesting data for correct time period and for proper user.
