At this time, Sleep Score data is not available in the Web APIs. If you haven't done so already, please visit this Feature Suggestion post and give it an upvote. Our Product teams do review these suggestions regularly to see whats next in line for Fitbit. You can see some of the previously requested datasets released in this developer blog.
