We need to get the same type of data from both GoogleFit and FitBit.
All active minutes together from Fitbit are way more active minutes than Google Fit Active Minutes. Mostly because of Fitbit Lightly Active Minutes.
- What's the difference between Very Active Minutes, Fairly Active Minutes and Lightly Active Minutes?
- How could we compare Google Fit Active Minutes with Fitbit Active Minutes?
Thank you in advance!

Hi @healthiby
The differences between the levels of activity depend on the number of METs
- Sedentary: Activities with an MET value of less than 1.5
- Lightly Active: Activities with an MET value of 1.5 - 3.0
- Moderately/Fairly Active: Activities with an MET value of 3.0 - 6.0
- Very Active: Activities with an MET value greater than 6.0
Do you have any information on Google Fit's active minutes which I can help you make the comparison?
