Am I going to get both device steps and watch steps by this api?

I am trying to get filtered steps (no manual steps included) using this api https://api.fitbit.com/1/user/-/activities/tracker/steps/date

 

Sometimes when I track my steps using only device I am not getting the updated steps data, although it is showing in the app correctly.
